About this deal

My son is nearly 9 months old and until we started your plan was waking 2-3 times a night for a feed and was taking at least 40 minutes to go back down.

I would highly recommend her to anyone who is dealing with the sleepless nights to just pick up the phone and make that appointment with Lucy. I think she could cope with us leaving but I’m too exhausted to try it out with all my stressing over naps!I have read a few popular baby sleep books and this one has been the most in-depth, most relatable and the only one which has worked for us at toddler stage. Registered address: Unit 5, Vulcan House Business Centre, Vulcan Road, Leicester, LE5 3EF, United kingdom. I started Lucy's routine on a Saturday night and, even with a cold, Theodore has been sleeping through all week. This book is full of great information, but is wholly unsuitable to have been converted into audible format.

Just as every child is different, there are lots of different sleep tendencies and thankfully many solutions-my approach is holistic, emotionally appropriate, taking into account your individual child’s needs, your parenting style, alongside realistic expectations and normative sleep. She's now on the right medication and since we nailed that, her sleep has gone strength to strength. But it was because we got stuck at lying in the corner of the room and everything had become so unpredictable, sometimes she’d go down perfectly, other times loads of crying, and we’d be lying in there for ages. I changed the daytime schedule as proposed as much as it was possible, but I did not anticipate last feeding just yet.

We have our evenings back, the crying (all of us) has stopped and the dread of bedtime has disappeared.

Sorry to hear your little one has been out of sorts because of the jabs, I'm really dreading the 1 year ones. And she slept 7:30-12(fed) and 12:30 to 6 which is the longest she's gone without a feed, baby steps! I bought this book to help me with my 7month old who was waking almost hourly overnight, needing feeding and soothing back to sleep, and also having 2 hour wake windows some nights.I like that about her method, and watching her instagram videos (they are useful), that she really encourages you to honour what you feel is right. Before I started I was up a minimum of 10 times a night with at least two bottles along with multiple times on my boob. I am expecting a baby due this summer and feel confident that I will manage again relying on your advice and books.
