About this deal

We have forest school on a Thursday and there's often a 15 minutes gap between the time we get back and when the children go for lunch, so nice to have something to hand to give them for that time.

Whether you’ve got ten minutes to spare at lunch or a few lazy hours on a Sunday, losing yourself in a colouring book is a simple, enjoyable and undemanding path to inner peace. All of us suffer from anxiety at some point in our lives and this is the perfect book to help calm those fears. All the children, boys and girls love their mindfulness books and they have been particularly good in helping those children who need practise with their fine motor control. Jules Miller has done a fantastic job illustrating Sarah's words, both of them creating a really theraputic and helpful colouring book for people with anxiety and indeed any colourist. The beautiful artwork in this book will enhance your wellbeing by helping you to become more mindful – to be ‘in the moment’ as you choose calming colours and focus on the delicate lines, what you’re doing here and now, rather than worrying about what happened at work or any other anxieties. As my followers will know, suffering from anxiety and depression was a big catalyst in starting colouring and indeed creating this blog. I hope you’ve enjoyed trying using breathing activities with these simple calming colouring by numbers as much as we did.

My products have been created as a supportive tool to help children improve their emotional intelligence.

The illustrations all represent the advice given on the opposite page, for example: outdoor pictures in the section that talks about getting back to nature and gardening to help alleviate feelings of panic, a page full of keys in the part that encourages you to unlock the mind, etc. Explore your artistic side with these wonderful designs, inspired by ancient Celtic patterns and motifs. Simply print out the colouring pages and keep them handy with a pack of pencils for those that might need a quiet moment. There are no rules or complicated step-by-step instructions in these pages and no need for expensive art and craft supplies. A range of pictures are included, from colouring in simple outlines of the characters to mindful patterns.
